We are proud to announce that we have been issued a Use and Occupancy Permit from Carroll County. This marks the completion of construction, which was carried out by our sister company Conewago Enterprises, Inc. This 80,000 square foot warehouse is the most recent project we have worked on together but our working relationship goes back decades. As always, it has been a joy working with them and we cannot thank them enough for the quality job they completed.
We look forward to holding this building in our portfolio and working with it’s future tenant.
