We’re pleased to announce the sale of the ~190,000sf Gateway Hanover Shopping Center to Pennmark Management Company. Over a 15 year period, Conewago developed and fully leased the center to tenants such as Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress, PetSmart, Old Navy, Shoe Carnival and Dick’s Sporting Goods, giving it the strongest tenant mix in the local market.
We wish the new owners success in their operation and management of the center.
Conewago will look to redirect its’ attention towards the industrial market, with warehousing projects already in the early development stages.
